This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes the privacy practices of ANNAM Marketing Company ("Emails Kingdom," "we," or "us").

Emails Kingdom provides email marketing services to other businesses, our clients. To provide our services, our clients share with us information about their individual subscribers, including contact details and behavioral data. We use this data strictly to fulfill our clients’ marketing needs and only under their direction. For that data, our client is the data controller and we act as their processor. 3.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you fill in a form on our website (contact form, free consultation request, quiz, chat or newsletter signup), we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your email address, name, phone number, website, the service you are interested in, your message and your quiz answers.

We use this information to reply to you, prepare a proposal and manage our business relationship with you. Our legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you submit a form, we also record the time of submission, the page you sent it from, your country (determined from your IP address) and your browser type. To protect our forms from spam, we store a one way encrypted fingerprint (hash) of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website securely and protect it from attacks.

3.3 Contact Forms and Inquiries

Form submissions are stored in a secure database hosted by Cloudflare. Our team receives a notification about each new inquiry in a private Telegram group and may keep a copy in an internal Google spreadsheet. If you email us directly, your message is stored in our Google Workspace mailbox.

3.4 Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you our emails. Emails Kingdom uses Selzy and MailChimp to send newsletters. Your email will be stored in those platforms until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

4.0 How We Store Your Personal Information

Data submitted through our website is stored in a database operated by Cloudflare and may also be transferred to the tools listed in section 8.0. Access is limited to the Emails Kingdom team members who need it to do their work.

Some of our providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses offered by these providers.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. All data transfer between your browser and our server is encrypted via HTTPS.
